Camaro Front Accessories parts list (99-02)
For those wanting/needing to use Camaro Style front accessories because of hood clearance issues, or to make room for some turbos, etc. I have put together a list of part numbers, etc. Will maybe even through a few picts in to show what the part looks like next to the number, so that it is easier to figure out, if you are not used to doing this type of stuff...

also, i havent seen a thread like this, and had to do a ton of research and looking stuff up, to get the list, I have seen one for corvette, but for those, like me who dont like that style and need the room up top, i made this thread
if you are using an iron truck block, you will need to drill and tap the hole for the front alternator bracket and alternator to bolt onto the block (the aluminum block should have this already)...
I used the following, which came with the right bit and tap (for stock bolts)...
the top hole is the one that was done
and the alt mocked up before cleaning and painting it
the rear bracket hole is already there and works perfect, with the alt

but some have either used the bmr relocation brackets

with an electric water pump and that can be expensive...
then some have just taken it off and ran a shorter belt, etc.

If it's not too much trouble, can you post some pics on the P/S mounting setup? I'm having difficulty figuring out how and where the front brace (12555693) goes on. Thanks.

this front brace, goes in between the pulley and pump...

How many idler pullies? And, are they all the same pulley?
My motor is a 6.0, and I've had to buy all my front accessories a part at a time.
Never got to see them all together, except for in a picture.
Thanks,
Rob

1 idler pulley and a tensioner pulley, the tensioner is the one on the water pump, the idler is the one on the alternator brackets

sweet! then the front brace should already be on it... you just need the main one
