Saturn LS4 Swap Sleeper Project

Here are some basic specs of the build:
Vehicle: 2000 Saturn SL1 (super bare bones base model = light weight)
Engine: 5.3L LS4 from rear-ended 2006 Impala SS w/ ~100k miles
Cylinder Heads: Stock 243
Valvetrain: LS9, DoD delete, blue gm valve springs
Intake Manifold: Professional Products Typhoon
Throttle Body: 102mm
Exhaust: Block hugger headers, custom 2.25" bumper exit dual exhaust, 4 straight through glasspacks
Fuel System: Walbro 255, 3/8" factory line, vette fuel filter/regulator 58 psi, 38lb/hr injectors, PP fuel rails
Transmission: 5 speed manual
Clutch: SPEC Stage 3+

Getting the serpentine belt ran. I probably could use another ribbed idler.






Running the exhaust was pretty tricky on this car and running dual exhaust like I did is practically a miracle.

Driver side pipe (must not have taken a picture of passenger side. oops)

Showing how the exhaust goes under the oil pan (still more clearance than stock)

The mufflers are tucked up under the bumper to hide the fact that it has a dual exhaust on it.

Here it is with full exhaust, test wiring (some stuff needs to get hooked up yet...) It runs.

Yes, the hood fits too!

Definitely need to see/hear some video of this thing running. I would never have thought you could stick an LS in the nose of one of those cars - and with the stock hood even!
