Cut some more of the inner fender out on this side today and got a flange and tacked on a support piece..... It is starting to look like something!

More pics of the progress..... Wastegate feed is just tacked for fitment purposes and actually needs to be rotatated etc, Hard to see in the pics but look at the deadly sweet fit of that 3" pipe to T4 flange.

Pics also show the tire clearance with the suspension all the way up and wheel at full lock

Hoping to work on it some more tomorrow.

You can use any radiator you want as long as it mounts and has hoses on it.

A/C is the law down here. Bigest mistake I made with my car was to take it out and I hate it everytime I drive the car.

The manifolds are just 5.3/6.0 truck manifolds and they work great!

I wanna come hang out in the stock 5.3/ turbo thread! LOL, car is looking good Neil, Ill be curious to see how it does with all the new stuff.

I just parted out my Chevy II, 18lbs is what it took to break the old 5.3. I picked up a fox to build and now I just bought an SN95 also that I think Im going to build instead. 3 5.3s laying around the shop and one 6.0. Cant decide what to put in it or which turbo Im going to go with this time....decisions decisions

I am suprised, I have had this one to 18.5 lbs on a pretty nasty tune up on quite a few occasions.

I would do the fox with a 6.0 and whatever turbo you have that fits the bill! then if you break it throw in the 5.3 and let it eat!

So did you sell the chevy II or still have it ?

I still have some of the Chevy II

My 5.3 had 160k miles on it and was on pump gas with a pretty poor tune so a couple of 18# blasts were enough to butt the rings in #7
