Well here is some more slow, ugly progress but at least it should work decent when its done.... I hope!
Cold side mocked up out of intercooler, with Blow off mounted and meth nozzle installed
Hotsides done, Pressure tested, wrapped etc.
Cold side out of turbo into Y pipe 2 x 2.5" into a 3" into the cooler
Gotta finish the cold side/downpipes then figure out how I can box the engine bay back in.

ahh, looks like your running the pass side compressor outlet over to the driver side and "T" ing them together before the intercooler.... i racked my brain looking for a better way but decided on the very same routing (only reversed). except insted of "T"ing the pipes together we're going to hole saw the intercooler tank just above the inlet and weld in a piece of tubing.
looking good!!

Ideally I would feed in the intercooler from the bottom on each side and have a single 4" out the top into the TB but that requires a bunch of work/cost so this will have to do for now.

Well I got some more work done on the pile today
Diff assembled ( 3.31 gear, Moser 33 spline axles, Moser C-clip elims,Moser 33 spline lightweight spool, 5/8 studs,TA Girdle cover, Disk brakes)
Dust makes the stuff look rusty but its not, I might have to raise the ride height just a bit although I like it slammed! Also the brakes were just on for test fit hence the rotor oreintation.
New wheels drilled and Mounted (Big thanks to Gord max for the wheels)
New (ISH) motor half assembled.... Gonna try to set some records on stock JUNK again LOL
Motor will consist of the following:
6.0 Block honed
Stock crank pollished
2006 LQ9 Rods with ARP Hardware (Big thanks to 2000Z Jordan)
2004 Lq4 pistons/rings with 400 kms(Big thanks to BlackX James)
Comp Custom grind turbo cam
Comp 850 Hyd roller lifters
Arp Head bolts
L92 MLS Head gaskets(2000Z Again)
Comp Hardened pushrods
317 heads with TEA Springs and Titanium retainers( Big thanks to Tim@ Head dynamics)
Hopefully this little girl holds on for a little while
Also got my cold side out of the intercooler back from powder coating

What happend to the built motor! lol
How restrictive do you think those little filters are? I run one and friends always tell me its too small.. I never really worried to much because she makes enough power with it on.
