Ok here are some updates for this year:

Had the car on our Dynojet and made 510rwhp/495 rwtq on 11psi and pump gas but have not had a chance to put it back on with the boost up.

So far the car has gone a best of 10.43@134.6 with a 1.53 60 foot , That was on 13 psi and pump gas. I have since added airbags to the rear to try and flatten the car out as well as upped the boost to 16psi and I am trying to get a 9 second pass out of it before the year ends.

I have driven the car on 1200 km round trips raced and drove home as well as street drive the car ALOT! It has been great and not given me many issues at all.

i believe he tunes it himself...

tirefryer- what total timing are you running at 16psi and pump fuel? also have you considered meth injection instead of race fuel

I tune it , I don't run 16 psi on pump gas I run it on a mix of 94 pump and 109 unleaded race gas and yes this car see's a very heavy dose of meth timing is between 18-20 degrees depending.

any idea on your compression ratio?

You run 94/109 on top of meth injection? is that just for safety or have you run into detonation? I ran loads of timing and boost in my 5.0 motor with 93/meth with no knock. just curious as i plan on running E85 in my 6.0L (10:1 comp) and will also still use my meth kit. I'm still gathering info on how much timing these motors like. The fords love the timing, at 22psi i was running 25* total with 9.2:1 comp

car looks great. we put an antisway bar on our fairmont and it helped a ton. on a not so great track we pull 1.4's and on a good track have seen low 1.3's. car leaves nice and strait now.

These motors do not need that much timing as the cylinder heads are MUCH more efficient then the SBF. I run the good gas and the meth as a safety more then anything I have had this thing as high as 14 psi on pump gas and it took it like a champ ... and as much as 23 degrees of timing with 0 knock but I would rather keep it alive.

9.49 in our fairmont. use that as a goal. 5.3 and a mp70, seems like you could beat it if you can hook

Ya without an anti roll bar I will never get it to do 1.3's I dont think ... I would be very happy with a 1.4

sorry for the hijack...

yeah, runs great still with 100s of passes. it was a cool day and about 15psi, track was hooking and we were able to leave at over 10psi.

anti sway bar just locks the right side to the left. keeps the car flat no matter what. you can find pics of them in summit and stuff like that.
