Could get some from junk yard easily, or make wanted add on gbodyforum. Someone probably has some laying around.

I'm getting ready to do my T-Type also.

I thought I read somewhere that you could reuse the V6 mounts by moving them forward and flipping them.

I think it required drilling some new holes in the crossmember.

Supposedly once you do that all that is needed is a set of LS adapter plates.

If I'm way off here I apologize. Please keep flaming to a minimum.

that's what my builder told me today. He just flipped them. Thought $17 was WAY WAY cheaper and easier. But, what do I know.

Here is what I found for the Autozone mount

Just put out a wanted add for mounts on MonteCarloSS.com and MalibuRacing.com. I picked up a set. But SEVERAL people replied. Head over there guys, 1 guy had 3 sets.
They are going for $20 plus the ride.

Good Luck.

Pretty sure I got my NEW frame mounts at NAPA for around $20.

Just looked; p/n is BK 6021179 and they cost $8.70 each.

Also you don't have to get ones from a gbody, a lot of other 80's gm cars use same mounts for v8's

That's the ones I got! You are just going to have to find the clam shell ones for the engine to bolt on your adapter plates

Getting ready to pick up a new radiator for the GN build they have rad's with inlet/outlet on the same side and opp. sides which is easier to work with when you have a LS?

Getting a radiator with inlet/outlet both on the passenger side will allow you to use the shortest hoses possible. If having it made, have them add a fitting for the steam line too.

I was thinking of using the Dirty Dingo Sliders. Anybody know if these mate with the stock mounts?

Since I'm using the truck intake with a DBC throttle, I'm concerned that if I have the clam shells and the adapter plate stacked that I may run into clearance issues with the hood. Using these will give me back a 1/4 inch or more depending on the angles.

Trying to get the monte floor shifter that was used with 200r4 to work with my 4l60e, using 1in set back plates.

I sold the old 305 and trans a while back, didnt even cross my mind to take the brackets off the original trans if that's all I need for the shifter to work with the 4l60e.
Bought B&M cable.
