Do you have any pics of your power steering line hooked up? Did you have to bend the line or anything?

Since the 98-02 F body headers use to be the go to headers for swaps has anybody tried the mid length versions?

Why don't you just convert over to a hydraulic setup?

Just to close the loop on my earlier post. I did not buy the car, but my friend Brian did. He ended up paying $5k. He flew down from Chicago and the next morning we headed to north Alabama and got the car. We installed new sway bar endlinks in the past owners driveway and then Brian drove the car home to Chicago. He averaged about 75mph and got over 20mpg.

He is super happy and is collecting parts for his build. Sadly it will not be a LS swap, but it will have over 1000hp!

I'm having issues with my 12643HRK mounts, it seems as if the mounting holes on the engine mounts are wider than the mounts on the frame. Has anyone had this issue?

Are you using 2292 mounts? Post up some pics of your engine brackets so I can confirm they are correct.

Yes, I have tried two sets and still have the same issue. I read through the instructions several times and noticed it states "For use with vehicles originally equipped with a SBC engine" But my frame has the same hole pattern as the instructions. Not sure if that makes a difference..

I called Holley Tech this AM and they are looking into it.

They will probably send me an email to my desk for assistance and I’m at home today. If you post a couple of pics here I can probably help you get it figured out faster than waiting for me to return to work tomorrow.

Thank you sir! The picture with the bolts in the clam shell mount is the pass side, and the drivers side holes are over a diameter away from being able to get a bolt in. Can you give me what the dimension between the two holes in the clam shell mounts are supposed to be?

I appreciate you helping on your day off!

Also, can you give me the dimension from the back of the plate to the center of the locating hole?

What brand of poly motor mount inserts are you using? I don’t reconize that grey color. I have no way to give you the dimension you are asking for from where I sit today.
