I don't think it matters, vert/non-vert-wise.
The X-stamping does not really interfere as
far as I've seen and that's the only difference
in the tunnel area.

The Spohn is different dimensions from stock. What I mean is the way that it tappers from rear to front. If you have an X-Pipe be preparred to alter the Spohn. I asked them about this before purchase and they said they were the same. Since my car was on the hoist, and it took them an additional 2 weeks to ship the arm, we decided to go with building the exhaust around OEM torque arm. Guess what, Spohn is quite different.

The Spohn also would not stay tight. It would fall out of adjustment from the locking nuts coming loose. Should not have to use loctite on this component. This and a couple other issues caused me to go back to the OEM. The ones on the M6 are reinforced pretty good.

As soon as I replaced the Spohn all the vibrations were gone. What an expensive ordeal, not to mention pain in the ***.

The convertible uses the same torque arm as the hardtop/T-top so anyone available will work. We have a couple options available at very resonable prices and our transmission mounted arm also works excellent with true dual set-ups, please see the link below. If you have any questions please ask and I am glad to help.

Ryan,
Do your torque arms work with Moser 12 bolts? Which is your lightest TA and how much does it weigh?

Hello,

Yes all our torque arms will work excellent with the 12-Bolt rear end housings, you will have no issues.

Our lightest torque arm is a our adjustable transmission mounted torque arm, it weighs in a 24lbs while the Chrome Moly version weighs in at only 22lbs.

If I can help anymore please ask. Thanks!
