I understand that comps website says compression/rebound, but I would have to assume that by them calling the 30/70 setting extra firm that this is backwards. I'll bring the shocks into work this next week and have them dynoed on the different settings to see what is what.

Stick to what I posted, If in doubt, call Competetion Engineering and they will tell you exactlly as mentioned.

Same thing here but I have aftermarket springs and thought that was the problem.

I think i'm gonna try to call Comp Eng this week if i get a chance. I'd rather hear it out of their mouth to know for sure.

I've tried calling a couple times today and haven't been able to get threw to anyone, so i will try a few more times today if not i'll try again next week.
