You definitely have alot of work ahead of you, I can tell you that.
What I can also tell you, since I have done a few of these myself, is take your time. if you are not sure. STOP. ask questions. Measure THREE times, cut once. And, when you DO get discouraged, just step away for a couple/few days, to give you a break.
But, you are on teh right track, take your time, have fun and enjoy!

Yeah, some of the bars appear to be spaced too far apart. Might want to place a lil bit closer together.

just make sure your helmet cant fit in any holes... used some 3/4 bar to fill in some of the big holes and be done with it... i think it looks fine.

thats not what i meant... in between where you have your 1 5/8 x .065 you can/need to put small tubing in to keep your helmet from poking throught the funny cage...

im pretty sure you cant use the smaller tubing for the frame of the FC cage...

I don't think that you can use anything smaller then 1 5/8... but I don't have my rulebook in front of me.

Madman would know for sure.

the main part of the hoop will need to be 1-5/8. but you can use 1" bars to fill in the holes to keep your helmet from going through them.

here is that pic of my cage for reference.

looks like racecraft.com makes the top mount for a double "eyelet bearing" mount

the front hub you'll get with a strange front brake kit...

The hoop above your head is not to my liking, and the main hoop, the way it's bent isn't wide enough to allow you to put the halo that goes around the top out towards the edge of the door/t top enogh....

Something just dosen't look right to me. Maybe I'm explaining it wrong, but the top of the cage just looks too narrow for the car. Either that or the seat needs to be moved over towards the center a bunch, I'm not sure.
