Well, the car is going on the rollers today to get a baseline with AFR. Hopefully the tune is WAY off and it only has 320rwhp

The farther off it is in its condition now, the more there is to gain when everything is changed and properly tuned

I'll update later with numbers and such..

I'm in awe about my numbers.. I didn't think it had that much HP! The torque is insane too! It is on a brand new Dyno jet, and SAE numbers. Maybe it is a happy dyno... I don't know. Either way its crazy.

The AFR is steady at 13.0 untill around 5K RPMs where it starts diving down to 12.0. There may be some more peak HP in the tune after all

Dyno graph speaks for itself...

More pics and vids to come

I know you're saving the EWP and intake for later, but did you put the 1"7/8 headers on it?

Thats what I thought, I couldn't remember for sure, but I knew yours was high 360's, didn't know the torque was the same too?

I'm happy, I'm just hoping this doesn't mean I won't pick up much from my mods and tune..

Nope it is Identical to how I ran my 11.96 @ 120.7..

Hopefully within the month It will have the 100mm lid, 100mm MAF, 102mm TB, 102mm intake, EWP, and wrapped 1 7/8ths headers with a nailed tune

Thats not a bad loss at all! I figured it would be closer to 10hp and torque loss...

If you need help on wiring the wideband through the egr on 01-02 cars let me know. There is a pin you need to swap on the pcm. I've used one of the pins from the rear o2 sensors wires. You also need to enable egr in hptuners otherwise you will never get the signal.

Hey! I could definitely use some help. I posted this in the tuning section and got a good reply, but here is my setup/ issues.

I've been messing with this stupid thing all day. What am I doing wrong?

SETUP:

-Put pin in #41 on blue side of harness and connected that to output 2 of LC-1.

-Grounded Blue/white/black all together under the glovebox (different location needed?)

-Power from orange cig lighter wire (with a switch)

-Enabled EGR , and zeroed EGR spark advance

Problems:

-On HP tuners EGR position V starts at .02 and goes to 1.08-1.10 when the sensor warms up (suppose to be 5?) This is with just the accessories turned on, NOT RUNNING.

-When I switch on the sensor, I can hear a noise in my speakers

Na your just slow just kidding. Yea are those mustang numbers or dynojet? Locked or unlocked? The converter is eating up a good bit..

I forget which one it was, but one of the top stock internal guys back in the day (low 11's) dynoed his car and it made 320rwhp. So it definitely isn't about being a dyno queen! Your car rides out, thats all that matters..

Looks like I might be close I just forgot to rescale the wideband to 5v instead of 1v.

It reads correct when the car isn't on @ 20.9, but not 14.7 at cruise/ idle. I did a 3rd gear pull and it started at 17-18 and went down to 13.5ish at redline. This would scare the crap out of me, but I just got the dyno and their AFR said I was at 13.0 till about 5k and then dove to 12.0 at redline.

I'm assuming my WB is off, not theirs I'm going to move my ground I think.

Run the grounds to the battery - then recalibrate it. Makes me remember how much I hated my LC1 and LM2 - glad I bought an NGK AFX
