Why post pictures under the hood now? People wanted to see under the hood when the cam only setup was still in the car. It's obviously you have some type of 4" turbo horn style inlet for a ram air type setup. I don't understand what was so secretive. Here's the way I see it, if you're going to claim an "internet title" then what do you have to lose by showing what you have unless there is something there that you're hiding?

Here are a few things that I think would clear a few things up:

1. What kinda horsepower did the car make (flywheel or rwhp)
2. What was the density altitude on the date the car made the record pass?
3. Why was race fuel necessary when the compression was stock? Anyone that's been on a dyno knows that a stock LS1 isn't going to gain from some type of extraordinary timing maps of mid 30's to maybe 40 degrees of timing?

It does allow you to run a larger Cam. This increases performance. IE: "CAM ONLY".

Rebuttal?
Word it any way you can think of....Cut pistons still aren't stock.

So can I put an ls1 in a dragster, call it a hybrid and beat this record?

Lol a stock piston is just that, a stock piston. A fly cut piston will not make any more power than a piston that has not been cut and does not make it an aftermarket piston.

I might possibly know that the modified piston by itself won't make more power. Only the clueless would cut the piston, lower the static compression for a cam profile that doesn't need the room.
The material removed from the pistons for these valve reliefs will however make the pistons lighter. This will have different effects that I'm not getting into here.

The larger camshaft that will now fit because of these modified pistons WILL make more power.
