I did the whole i'm gonna swap them when I get to the track deal maybe once or twice and then said the heck with it and they just stayed on everywhere I went. The 28" is gonna be a better if your going to be running in Mexico and need traction, and 26's for the track. I have the 275/50/16 et radials and love them but I could spin them on the street. If I was going to get another pair I think I'd try a 27"

step one in doing so. Ditch the spec and get a tex clutch. step two have stock springs in car with half a coil cut out. step 3 spray it hard off the line or gear it and cam it haha

Well I have heads, cam, intake, nitrous and all the supporting mods. I have every suspension upgrade that I could think of except a K member. All rod ends, QA1s in the back and strange in the front. Im gonna go with a monster clutch and yeah Im gonna spray a 150 shot out of the hole. Well try to anyway. But yeah thats what I want my car to look like comin out of the hole. I want one of those pics BADDDDDD. This is my first F body with all of this suspension stuff done to it so it will be a long process im sure.

I have street tires on my olds original rims and I have et street radials on some summit "weld" appearing aluminum wheels. Works great.

I use to drive around on my drag radials till I got a big nail in one then had to have it plugged and put a tube in it.

I agree with the Hoosier Quick Time Pro. Did great at the track, and decent on the street with about 22 psi.

I had slicks on my car for an entire year once. That was the best year ever,I must of got 200 street races that year. cars from other cities comming to race and hundreds of people every weekend all spring and summer. I was never pulled over for slicks no matter when or where i was at. And i hope it don't happen now that i said something.lol

Drive with 26x11.5 Et Streets on my car all the time. Havent been pulled over yet...hopefully it doesnt happen any time soon. I probably have around 500-600 street miles on them so far and 10-15 1/4 passes and see to be holding up good so far.

The tire has to match your car and what you're doing with it. It may sound goofy, but I have 3 sets for mine - MT ET street radials on my C6 Z06 rims for street, ET Streets rear Sportmans front on welds if I drive to the track, and Et drags/DS-2s on bogarts when I trailer it to the track.
I will tell you that the ET streets hook just as well as the ET drags to (for my application), but the drags are much lighter. I do not street race, hence the et street radials for street use (T-56).
