Default VFN fiberglass front end

anyone run these? messed up the front end on mine in an accident and was thinking of going with these along with their 5" cowl hood made to fit it. But it says they are longer than OEM front ends...anyone have luck with these and is it worth it?

Has anyone made made a mold of the stock front end and then used that mold to make a one piece, light weight front end?

I have heard of people doing this, the specifics I do not have but I am sure you will hear people chime in. Some have gone to making Carbon Fiber Panels, hoods, doors, quarters etc etc.

front end components aren't really that heavy, except for maybe the bumper. Its possible to use OEM parts to make a "one piece" front end...

Yeah, but not if you want to change the wheelbase or lower the hood profile.

I used the hood from their extended front end on my car, but I knew ahead of time that it would need a lot of alteration to fit on my stock front end.
