Question Need tips and pics of pin on hood install

i just ordered my vfn pin on hood and need some installed pics and some tips on how you installed it and what you used would be great to

are you using dzus style fasteners or hood pins. i have a few pics of my Camaro pin on, w/ dzus - i made my own brackets n stand offs.

i'll get some pics of the brackets i made, using the dzus mounting tabs and some steel stock to utilize the factory fender fastener/bumper cover locations.

thanks for the pics i noticed you have the cowl piece of the hood fastened i am running about that same hood in a ws6 is there a reason for that

Once I get into my new house im going to start installing my 5" VFN WS6 hood using the racecraft Camaro dzus rails. Im going to try to do a write up because it really doesnt seem like much work to get them to fit and the look will be really clean.

well my hood is the extended version of the sunoco wide hood. It goes all the way to the windshield, my cowl has been removed as well as wipers etc. it needs to have the "ears" on either side of the hood secured or else they would flap around.
