shock settings for rear

Default shock settings for rear

i have double adjustable Viking shock on a 99 trans am f body 28x10.5 stiff side wall with tubes my rear shock are set on rebound is on 14 clicks off full loose they have 18 clicks.
compound is on 2 of full loose. car is squatting bad and balling up click still been 1.27 1.31 60ft but I think its hitting tires to hard.....

Not very good video for diagnosis purposes, but for the issues you mention I would start working with front end shock valving and limiters and you can also take some LCA angle out of the rear.

if im reading this right you have rebound on 2 and compression on 2 ? Or you mean rebound 2 and compression 16

rebound on 14 compression is on 2.....

I know where you're going... Keep in mind he's on a slick and will require complete different valving setup than a radial tire car.

Imo the back looked fine. Looked like it hooked good. I didn't see the back squat at all. The problem looked like your front is coming up way to violent. If you have adjustable shocks in the front, try adding a few clicks to slow down your rise. If that doesn't work you may have too stiff of springs in the front. Coming up that fast and hard you may be unloading your rear a bit. I could not see if your tires spun a little. If they are spinning a little after you get the front slowed down, you may have to back off the back a few clicks.
