Time is valuable! I try to make my best use with it as possible. I actually slack a lot but try hard to make up for it.

Im still torn. I still hope he backs out but The thought and excitement of starting a new project would be cool too.

Yeah it is! It's hard trying to balance work and family life, let alone trying to keep time for hobbies. Especially expensive ones like cars! Haha

Just out of curiosity, *IF* dude buys the ole gal--what's next?
I've been seriously debating selling my drag car and enclosed for a turboed C6 I can drive on the street. Our local track is closing forever at the end of the month

This thread is probably going to cost me a great deal of money. I went through the entire thread and now I am on the look out for a project 4th gen.

I would build another 4th gen but Id look for a really awesome chassis that is just ready for a drivetrain.
Like some nice x275 setup or so and still drive it on the street lol

Id love to get into a drag setup c6 but damn they cost so much to auto swap with a powerglide.

Actually, Johnstown, Colorado is where I live now. I just moved from Ocala in April. I used to drive by Speedline quite often, but I never stopped by their shop. Seems like they did good work because they always had a parking lot full of cars.

Back to limiting the front end. I guess I need a better pair of front shocks again. I really hate spending the money, but I really hate when people are right lol.
Not sure why I cant make these work as good as some of the faster guys. Must just be me.

It just drives me nuts there are mustangs in the 6.9x range with their coilovers. But Ive made atleast 40-50 test passes. Thats a ton. I could have made some real progress it 50 passes!

I called them monday, they are busy with no mercy this weekend but Im getting them ordered on monday.

I finally ordered a manual rack with bumpsteer kit too.

Ive spent a crazy amount of time testing. Im not sure what else it could be. Im at the point where Im confident a better pair of shocks will work with no other changes.

A friend of mine offered to get them off from me. I appreciate it though. He grabbed them the other day.

Phoned a friend and he had a brand new set on his shelf. He ordered them for nearly identical stuff besides a car with 500 more hp. So they should be plenty and overly tight enough for me lol
Wish I would have just bought them before. Same as the rack kit. Hard to justify $700 when I can steer fine but the bumpsteer will help out.

I spent 26 years of my life giving up on anything I started. So the last 6 years I have cracked down and stuck things out. It is incredible what you can do if you keep working on the same thing. I was one of those idiots always changing vehicles and girlfriends. Which was fun!! But sometimes you go backwards. So I never really made any progress.

You can do it man. If I can, anyone can. Just takes a little dedication and money!
