Knocked out a bunch of little ****,
- removed all the old wiring, going to rewire the whole car
- made the MSD 8 mount so it hung under the crossbar
- Got the BS3 hung
- Painted the chassis underbars and some of the upper bars

Things left
- still need to mount the Racepak datalogger under the front of the driver seat
- glue in carpet
- finish painting
- Bleed and plumb the brakes
- Clean all the lines and hoses
- basically get ready for final assembly

Got the MSD box mounted

MSD box, Co2 mounted and Intercooler mockup

BS3 mount 20ga sheetmetal

I like that trans crossmember, I think we are going to do that over the winter so we can yank the trans a little easier without having to pull the intercooler.

Ok cool I figured you did.

Can't control the launch boost with a weaker spring and launch CO2 setting?

Its kinda a pain in the *** getting everything lined up, with the removeable tranny mount and the removable tranny tunnel I can get the tranny out in 10 minutes. Before the tranny bolts took 10 minutes alone but from the top side you can take them off like nascar removes lug nuts.

We're using springs that result in 5# of boost without any Co2.

Thank you for painting Car will look 10000 times better once it's done now

I know noone cares what a fast car looks like, but I'll tell ya, when I see a really CLEAN fast car, I know that they've taken it just that little bit further with everything... paint's always the last thing anyone does, but when you see that done, you know everything else is 110%

Looking good... if you were closer I'd ozite the car for ya

If I had the money to wrap it, it would have a carbon fiber base, some type of design on the top that portions would be ripped off and flames would almost be burning the design leaving the carbon fiber base.

Looks good.

Sorry if it has already been mentioned (long *** thread) but what did you use to paint the cage and other components?
