Nope. If we can get the boost to come in faster early, it will go somewhere in the teens. After looking at tons of data, I think I've figured out the problem.

Yeah I know, I spent 15 minutes talking to him @ MIR. I think the BBs are slightly easier to 60' because of the better power to weight and the turbos are better matched to that size of a motor. As you u know that will give you better response out of the hole and a better ability to change the boost level early in the run.

An 88mm on a 213" motor is going to be somewhat of a dog early unless you are very creative while an 88mm on a 275-325" motor is almost perfect. Having that ability to bring the power in faster is no good if the chassis/tuneup isn't where it needs to be.

I think its been proven(at least to me) that pro-mod chassis doesn't really help. These setups hit the tire soo soft initally its not that big of a deal. Its more in the power management and the ability to make the car produce the power when needed. Thanks again!

Got it on some scales tonight and with the F/R bias where we want it she is a scant 2920 ready to stomp some mud holes. I was hoping for 2850 but that should work.

What does it weigh with no lead/extra weight in it?
