We're only going to make a few hits to make sure everything is good before we start leaning on it. The dyno says we're close but the chassis setup is completely different than before.

I'll try to update here as much as I can. We're short a crew guy so its going to be tough. Just looking to go A/B and shake the bugs out. she gets up on the brake with a quickness.

Before at 4050 it would only make 5.5psi maxed out
Now at 3800 it will make 6.5psi cold, probably more on a better tuneup
@ 4000 it easily makes 9.5psi cold and again will make more

Game plan for the 1st hit, 3800 and 6.5psi, moderate boost ramp settings and 20psi out the back door. On the dyno at 15psi, plugs showed 30/40% cad burn and no timing mark.

Well, being 6'-4" I couldn't get down that low no matter how active I was. Not that I am active or anything

Good luck with testing today, cant wait to see results!!

Killer shake down pass! Sucks that it took the seal out, but that's an easy fix.

I am going to pull it out and get the pumped checked out. Was in high gear, let off, shifted to neutral and killed it, on methanol it takes a second once its killed. Almost as soon as I killed it, the tranny started the ol leaky leaky. Dipstick showed middle fluid level but it had 6 quarts in the sumbitch.

plugs showed 30% cad burn and no timing mark. I tried 350rpms less on methanol pm the leave RPM and its in the ballpark just need to get the timing into it. AMS ramp rates were 4 7 9. LOL!

No biggie, its a 2 buck seal and maybe 60 minutes to R&R it. I want to go through the tranny anyways to make sure all is good. I'll take a 1.29 3.35 5.0 anyday for a first shakedown hit.
