When it comes to mustang, LSX turbo swap, drag cars, one size doesn't fit all lmao.

Awesome, triple check everything and no fires or explosions please lol. I wonder how hard it is going to be to put a BBC in mine.

Just a quick suggestion. Keep the Q16 in a sealed drum until you really need it. Since it is an oxygenated fuel, leaving out in the open (or in a vented fuel cell) will allow for the fuel to deteriorate very quickly.

Also, we did some testing with the Q16 fuel and the power gain wasnt all that much. This was on a 1600+ rwhp car so the gain should have been very noticeable, and yes, we moved the fuel tuneup around to try and find the power gain that they claim is available.

Short update, got the engine fired up and she sounds like a monster. I picked up a mechanical oil pressure guage to verify if I have an oil pressure problem or not. Will update shortly...

LOL camera is down. We've got some serious oil pressure that needs to be addressed. With the engine idling @ 1500rpms it shows 86psi of oil pressure.

Today was a long day. Lashed the valves this morning and dropped in the plugs. Started on the inital fire around 12. cranked a couple times and nothing. Found out there was no spark. Checked everything and all looked fine. after an hour of checking wires with a volt meter I checked the fuses and sure enough one was blown. Changed that and still no fire. Traced it down to the LS2 cam sensor wires being reversed. Apparently mine didn't need to be reversed not sure if its because I hooked directly to the sensor.

The car takes a good 3-4 seconds to fire without a check valve which I'll order tomorrow. Once it starts It will idle around 1200 pretty easy, A/F started in the 12.5 range and after a couple rounds it came down to 14.8-15.0:1. The car surprisingly revs strong and hits hard. I need to pick up some coolant plugs tomorrow and tune some more. Big Stuff 3 is pretty easy to work with but the HPT GUI works soo much better when it comes to getting the A/F dialed in.

Shawn,
Its all good turned out to be a blown fuse and the cam sensor was wired backwards.

Here is the turbo I picked up from Shawn @ VA Speed, lightning quick service. Can't say enough about the guys over @ VA Speed but I can tell you they were quicker than any other vendor including summit and jegs.
