SFI 25.2 Mustang/LSx build "The Renegade"

We're going to throw the LSx back together, mock it up on the engine dyno, make 50 pulls @ 2000+hp, tear it down. If we can get it to live we'll throw it back in the Mustang, if not we'll part it out and build a 550+ BBC. My old gears were 3.50s new ones are alittle bigger.
How are the stang guys, that run 7.5, doing with their Ford engines? How different are those from LSX issues?

you'll splinter that standard gear pretty quick... i'd keep looking while the car is running...
if you can find 2-3 other guys that need want the same gear you can have them custom made but you have to order a minimum of like 30 sets... just a thought...

Does 114mm limit you on where you can run? Or is it generally just a single turbo rule of any size?

I say fill the block, do all the fancy machining and girdle stuff, put a 114mm on it and call Alan Dudley and try his MFI setup with some alchy!!! no water, no radiator, no fans, no i/c, no ****!

Not sure what it was he was doing, I just remember seeing the intake set up with a 2nd set of injectors on it, and I remember they were going to 2 fuel pumps instead of one, not sure if it was 2 seperate fuel systems or what, I didn't pay that close attenion, I'm so far away from needing anything like that it's a whole different realm then what I'm doing. I just remember reading it and thinking woah, how the hell can a set of 160's not be enough if you're still running race gas.... then I checked one of those injector calculator websites and figured he was trying to get enough fuel system for about 3000 hp.
