Rear shock help please. Hey fellas,
Waitin on my 9" with 4.11's and detroit locker. The car is lowered 1" with hotchkis springs and Koni SA's up front. The rear still has the stock shocks but they need to go. Im not to worried about twisties or turns more the 60' action. Id rather not get the konis for the rear as I really wont use them for what they are for. So what are my options?

I bought a set of lightly used SA QA1s for the rear of my set up and they have been great...Setting them on 7 or 8 on a prepped track gave me consitent 1.52 60's...rear shocks are key in not letting the car squat and help drive the tires into the track...Check around there are usually lots of them for sale...There's also Strange and Afco, but they are usually big $$$, and then you can always go coil over DA for more $$$$...

Best bang for the buck is Strange dual adjustables. Have QA1's. Strange works better. Also the fronts are very important for transfer. I picked up 200's in 60' putting them on. Make an adjustment and your back on the street. 2 years on the street and track every weekend. I do have BMR Extreme rear suspension and a Dana60/4.10's and ET Street drag radials. 60' in 1.5's all day.

Best bang for the buck, competition engineering 3 way adjustable, set to 50/50, I've seen cars on the back bumper with the same rear shocks and run them on my car as well.
They are 40-50 bucks each.
