Default what 60 ft's did you start to lift the front end?

I was just wondering for the fun of it what 60 foots everyone was hitting when they started to lift the wheels of the ground. Im going to put on my dads lightweight racing rims and lighten the car almost 50 lbs in the front, as well as adding another 50rwhp and It would be cool to pop a little wheelie.

barely pulled the driver a couple inches with a 1.5x in my old m6 camaro, but that was with 18" zo6 rims on the front.

high 1.5's probley. it really just depends on your setup becouse with my old heads cam motor I ran a 1.45 sixty on spray and pulled them a few inches and with my new 408 I run 1.45 on the motor and pulled them about 2 feet???? dont ask me why.

also depends on suspension. I was helping a local buddy dial in his car this summer. It would cut 1.7's and yank the tires hard but only for a split second. Now we have it down to 1.5's and only take the tires 2" off the ground.

humm.... thats cool... i read somewhere that removing your sway bar helps with weight transfer. Isnt there a front and rear swaybar.. what's the deal with that?...

mine lifted the wheels with a 1.70 3500 stall and drag radials

now at 1.46 and maybe a couple inches with stock suspension and big rear sway bar that keeps the car nice and level

Mine lifts a wee bit both fronts nice and level at 1.52...We'll see how it does with more converter (Vig 3600 restalled to 4000) and the Spohn drag bar...

camscam02, and PSJ, if my car did that i would have a grin from ear to ear. Camscam02, So your saying that the sway bar keeps your car from coming up high? or keeps both of the wheels equal?

On a sidenote with swaybars, removing the front one is going to affect my launch how? I dont get how a bar paralell to the axle helps transfer the weight to the back tires.

you can unhook the front sway bar to give it better transfer to the rear wheels or you can remove to save the weight as well...

the bigger rear sway bar keeps the car level as well as keeping the car down a little..... if i had the stock rear sway bar im sure i would be pulling the driver side tire alot higher but the passenger side would prolly be on the ground as well.....

IM gonna be hitting with the nitrous shot in a little and that will create a nice pick and hopefully and nice sixty foot as well

First time I pulled a tire was with a 1.62 60ft, N/A 3,300-3,500 stall at pomona back in 1998 foot braking the car

First time I put it on the bumper it went 1.38 on the back tires
