2800lbs. but it might come in closer to 2900, not sure. I didn't weigh the car before I started. But I'm over 300lbs lighter than before and it was no heavy weight. I plan to run the stock dash (gutted) and door panels so it looks someone like factory. I cut every bracket off the car that wasn't being used. I also spent about 2 weeks removing undercoating and paint underneath. It's all POR'd now. It was a lot of work for only 10lbs of undercoating. But 10 here and 10 there is well over 300 now.
That is a crapload of work to cut those wire outs. And that pile with plenty of extra fuses and crap was only 10-11lbs. I did keep power windows, doors, mirrors, all my lights including mirror and some other stuff. So I could have got alot more. To be honest, it may have been cleaner and easier to start over with a new painless harness and relay box and just reuse the engine harness.
Cutting the dash cowl back like I did and boxing it in only saves 5lbs FWIW.

You are correct, I didn't back-half so I could run stock suspension if I want. I might relocate the LCA and if I do I think I can stuff any size tire I will need in there. I'm thinking 29 10.5, but have 325/50/15's now. I will probably be narrowing the rear-end here shortly.

Some more pics.
Cleaned up wiring. Computer being relocated underdash passenger area.
Kirkey's - only 3.5lbs lighter for both seats after swiss cheese.
All them dang rivets drilled out to get the rear seatbelt mounts off.
Passenger side Mini-tub rough cut
One of the tow rig. (Still dialing it in) 6.0 w/ported heads, cam, 4l80e, 14 bolt rear w/4.88's. My first car and had her new since 92.

I may end up doing the same at some point. Just not sure I have time with everything I have left to do and get this thing going by the end of april. I originally was pretty intimidated by the wiring, but I learned enough now I could probably wire the whole car.

What I did was run the wires that go along the passenger hood area down the passenger frame rail, then up through hole where the wiring goes through. There is barely enough room, but there is enough room. And then I shortened all the wires inside that I could.
