Go with either the Hoosier or the MT 28x10.5S. We have had good luck with the Hoosier's on my Camaro while the MT's have done well on the Nova.

The MT's run a little more "true to size" than the Hoosiers, so if space is at a premium, go with the MT's.

I use M/T and I am sure the majority of people who go fast here use them.

I've ran both 28x11x15 and 28x10x15 goodyears they worked. I switched this year the the 28x10.5x15s MT ET drag and so far i like the MT better. I can run a ton more air in the mt then the goodyears.

My car worked great on both the M/t and the Hoosier slicks.

Street traction - D05 Hoosier if you can get them.

Track - Either.

I run 28x10.50S right now. But the best 60' I've ever cut was on a 275/60/15 M/T drag radial. I will be going back to the 275/60/15 drag radial when these are done.

^^^ really? I am in need of my first pair of 28"tall tires and have not been able to decide between slicks and DR's. I thought slicks for gauranteed success. Since they say the DR's DO WORK but with well prepped tracks..to where the slicks are suppose to be more forgiving with inconsistent prepped tracks. Thoughts?
