Yeah Patrick G can hook you up. It's a good time to install a new oil pump and timing chain.
The transmission is a built Circle D Stage I 4L60E and will handle all that this car can throw at it. FWIW- Circle Ds Stage I is = to most competitors Stage III.

I found this one another site and it seems to be pretty accurate. Corrected information My EPS lobes cam is at 49 on the card but 50 on the cam doctor sheet intake and 49 exhaust, so they are right in line with the XER.
If you know the advertised duration (.006) of a cam you can calculate the ramp rate. To do this you take the duration @.006 and subtract it from the duration @ .050. A number of 53 or higher denotes an XE lobe or other mild lobe and a number of 49 or lower denotes an XE-R lobe or other aggressive lobe

I only weigh 150ish and yes that's with me in the car. The only weight reduction is removal of the front sway bar,spare/jack, AIR pump and front skinnys, but I've added a 1" rear anti-roll bar and LCA relocation brackets which should get me close to stock weight. My son's 2001 SS weighs 3450#s with him in it. He has LCA relocation brackets, removed spare/jack and front sway bar removed. Everything else is stock including the steel 5 spoke wheels. The Camaros are known to be slightly lighter than the TAs.
