Wow

Killer results w/ a 224 cam. That TQ is NICE! Especially with stock compression.

With 11:1 compression that car would probably be close to 450/420...

No idea, but we had a 2002 SS here with the 224/224/112 that we tuned and got 399 rwhp out of it. Would not have believed it if I didn't see it for myself. I asked him to come into this thread and post up his numbers.

I don't know why really but we seem to get 10-15rwhp more out of the 2001-2002 engines with equiv. mods

441 rwhp, that's not bad for the "baby" TR224 cam.

Amazing torque curve....approx 300 lb/ft off of idle!!!

Does the setup have a EWP? If not, put one on and 450 rwhp is there with a baby 224 cam!!

What rearend is this going through?

Again nice numbers

Thanks! The car had the stock water pump and all the accessories (no short belt). 10 bolt rear with 3.42's.

If someone would have told me 415 lbs/ft with this cam, I would have said BS! Well, I'm a believer now

I'm a strong supporter of the tr224 cam. Without my heads I could "hang" or beat big cam cars Can't wait till spring to try it with my AS stage II 5.3's Just goes to show you DON"T need a monster cam to make good power

Great numbers! I'm jealous! I just pray that I can get somewhere above 400 with my PP LS6 Style 59cc and 224/224/581/114....

The 10 bolt w/ 3:42's makes the #'s a lot prettier, but still impressive regardless. Through a 12 bolt the car would make ~420-425 rwhp....just for comparison sake..

very nice, i love seeing small cam cars making this kind of power. i guess the stock rear makes up for EWP or short belt like some like to dyno.

Great Results Mikey!!! That Torque is amazing! My car is the SS Mikey spoke of in an earlier post. Seeing that graph makes me want to call Mikey tomorrow for a set of his heads but I think a 12 bolt in my next purchase. Last Friday I personally saw a set of Rapid's ST II heads and they do look great and as Mikey said they perform everytime with great results! Here is my Dyno graph with TR224 112 only with stock 241 heads.......

Mikey..... Once again A huge thanks for helping me find that Gremlin that was throwing the SES light!!!!!!!!!
