so ws6turk im in pretty much the same cituation as you cam only stock heads put down 400.12 and 388 rwtq. it's a good combo idles good and pulls hard but i want more!
so was thinkin about the ls6 heads ported to flow over 330 and a fast 102 w 42lber's.
just wondering what that combo would put down and what would be the most that you could mill the heads to run a flat-top piston?

Well I would contact phil at Advanced Induction and have them work over your LS6 heads. Their newly revised version will be available at the end of this month. Results should be in the 45-50+ rwh area with them. As far as the Fast goes, I would buy a used 90 or 92 and have it ported over going with a 102. The 102 IMO is too much intake for stock cubes and the gains per $$ versus a ported 90/92 would be minimal. Dont get me wrong the 102 is a nice piece, but for the dollar amount you can pick up a used 90 for a lot less and pick up good power.

I was thinking the 102 might be a little big. Who ports fast 90's and whats that usually run?
Also 2nd alternative is putting on the garrett gt3782 i have.
Still knida tossed up on the idea-can't really find a kit i like to keep a/c and i like the idea of n/a but if i stay n/a i wanna get as close to 500 as possible. By the way its a square decked 00 block .30 over with mahle coated pistons double roller chain and mehling pump stock crank polished
dont know how far i could push the crank with boost? Dont wanna replace it yet. 317's would go on for boost

Pat spec'd me a 112LSA. I'm wondering if I should go bigger with the cam though, o be honest with you. I may end up kicking myself if I don't. I'm honestly expecting more than 50rwhp out of this cam with the 6.0L and the heads.

Yea, I'm gonna talk to Pat about any PTV Clearance issues with that cam. That's one of my biggest concerns right now. The only thing we discussed before was PTV if I milled the heads. I'll definitely be going with some aftermarket L92s with a smaller chamber when I build my stroker next year.

my eps cam only made 360 on a mustang dyno with my new stall.... lol. My tr220 cam and stock stall made 383 on the same dyno. whats funny is i picked up 4.5 mph at the track in the 1/8th mile and went from a best of 8.4 before the stall and cam to a 7.37. i dont put much faith in dyno's anymore...

I sure am. As to what size and brand, I haven't decided that yet. I'm actually getting ready to install the unported Fast, NW 90mm TB, 98mm lid and 85mm MAF to see what kind of numbers I can pull out. The heads and ported intake will be coming sometime after that.
