I'm not familiar with eps camshaft, but what size is it?
The numbers don't seem to bad considering on a mustang dyno and through an auto w/ unlocked verter. I assume you have a 4l60e?
I wonder if it would make any of a difference if it was leaned out just a tad. But regardless it should shine nice at the track and thats where the results come in

Do you know why the timing was left at 24 degrees? That could make a difference.
I am running a 6.0 liter small block Chevy with AFR heads and a 233/233 camshaft along with a Yank PT-4000 converter unlocked and put down 395rwhp. So, you should have more power than what I have.
Couple of thoughts. One is to finish the tune as I see a couple of horsepower with a leaner AFR. Also add in some more timing and I bet the horsepower will come up some more. Last is that Mustang dynos are usually stingier than Dyno Jets.

got redyno'd wednesday... first pull made 380 through the muffler which is exactly what i made on the mustang dyno. Fully tuned with the cutout open made 407/364 at the tires, still unlocked converter. It still seems low but it pulls hard as a **** and im happy with it. May put a power adder back on one day who knows....

It does seem a little low... and I hope it is b/c I just purchased the same cam! A couple of things jump out at me:
1. 317 heads have lowered your compression down to somewhere in the 9.5:1 range ... you should be running 243/799 heads that would put your compression in the 10:5 + range. that's a whole point of compression worth probably 15rwhp.
2. I'm no tuner, I would have expected the timing to be higher in the 28* range
3. Mustang Dynos and Automatics typically read low, this is not helping if you are comparing to M6 results on DynoJets
