Default TFS 215, FAST 92/92 LS1 dyno results

I got my car back from Slowhawk Performance this weekend.

2000 Trans am ws6 6 speed
87k miles

Parts installed:
TFS 215 heads
LS7 lifters
Ported Fast 92mm intake (by chrs1313)
92mm throttle body
Z06 MAF
98mm Lid
42LB injectors

Total mod list:
TFS 215 heads
LS7 lifters
227/233 112 LSA custom cam (I think those specs are right)
UD pulley
Ported Fast 92mm intake
92mm throttle body
Z06 MAF
98mm Lid
42LB injectors
Kooks 1 3/4 long tubes
ORY
Magnaflow CB with e-cutout

Car made 455rwhp and 413rwtq on Slowhawks Mustang dyno. Previous numbers were 402rwhp and 378rwtq.

Car runs great with the new parts and tune.

I definitely need to save up for a 9" rear with 4.11 gears now

Thanks again Don !

What dyno was used on the cam only setup? Seems to me with those heads and intake it would be a bit more? Congratulations none the less.

Very nice results. What is your current rear differential gear ratio?

Your welcome Brian. Glad your happy. The car made great power, one of the highest h/c setups on my dyno. Now go race it. Lol

Sounds about right! Those are some nice #'s. I made 456 and 408 with some 59cc TFS 220's, VrX5 cam and a ported fast 90 on straightline's mustang dyno thru an M6 and 85mm maf and 98mm FTP lid.

Chris1313 did his magic on my FAST 102 this weekend, I hope I'll get some nice #'s when o dyno my car soon with the parts in my SIG.

Mustang dyno for both setups and both at Slowhawk Performance. On a dynojet i'm sure I would put down 465+ but dyno numbers really don't mean much to me.

10 bolt rear with 3.42 gears. I'm saving for a 9" with 4.11's right now.

very nice man...53rwhp pick up from heads and intake with a middle size cam is good...and it looks like it could have even been pulled a hair higher

sounds like that dyno is a low reader too...update when you get some track times

Redline set at 6500rpm because I don't have the upgraded rod bolts. The dyno is a low reader but as long as it runs good at the track, i'm happy.

I might put it on a dynojet in the future just to see what it does.

I just got it back three weeks ago myself. Should hit the track next month but will be street tires so mostly looking at the trap speed. Might hit up a dyno jet just to see what it makes. The mustang and Dnyomite are both load bearing dynos.

Great combo you have! I think that our size cams are best for a street driven 346.
