Frustrated with forged bottom end H/C results.

Frustrated with the results of my setup.
As the title says, I'm a little frustrated with the results of my setup. Car is a 98 WS6 auto. The car has 5.7 forged bottom end, BTR stage 4 cam, TSP stage 2.5 heads, LS6 intake, stock throttle body, 1 7/8 headers, slp maf, 98 fast toys lid, 4L60 Performabuilt stage 2 transmission with a 3600 stall and a 450 fuel pump. The injectors Im not sure what size they are, but they were in my friend turbo LS car making around 700 on e85. I'm running e85 NA for now. As you can see the results of the graph, the car made 399hp @ 6200-6300 rpm, Torque 375 @ 5000. Previous setup of the car was the same bottom end but with 1 3/8 headers, stock injectors, walbro 255, BBK 80mm throttle body, stock 862 heads and a 224 thunderracing cam. Car made 351whp and 333 torque with that setup. While we were in the dyno twith the new setup, after 3 runs the tuner told me that the injectors were maxing out, 91% and that the throttle body was not helping me, cause it was the stock one. I messed up the BBK 80mm tb and the stock one was what I had on hand for the dyno. I'm about to buy a FAST 92 or 102 intake manifold soon and I guess 60 # injectors to see if that take me at least to 450. Dyno was a Dynojet. The car is for street / drag racing and eventually I'll run it with a 200 shot. I think that with a bigger manifold and bigger injectors the car has the potential for 450rwhp, what you guys think? Your help will be appreciated.

Yes I know! I just think the car should make more power or are those numbers normal for that set up? Just in case I know a little bit about LS but I'm definitely not mechanic, so if you or someone can point me in the right direction, it will be appreciated. I was thinking in maybe calling tsp to make a cam spec for this heads or getting a fast 92, but I dont want to keep putting things together without researching first.

I cant say it looks too bad. Your idea is good. I would guess a fast 92/92, over a ls6/stock TB, should make around 15+ more hp & tq on that motor. Also what exhaust setup do you have? Plan on getting to the track to see what she does?

At that weight with decent track conditions I'd say around 119-122. What state are you in? As long as you're not super high elevation you should trap around there in good conditions

I bet the exhaust is holding a few ponies back also. HCI is right. Good idea to see what the car can do. Just to throw a number out maybe trap mid/high 11x mph in 1/4? Lots of factors though. Just a guess.

Thanks a lot guys. I will like to get the hp numbers a little bit closer to 450 to see if I can run at least an 11.2, thats what I really want to run, but I will be happy with an 11.5.

I think an hpipe exhaust like the rumbler from texasspeed should free up some ponies and its also lighter.
