Default TSP 233/239 goes 399.2 rwhp and 376.8 rwtq

EDIT: GRAPH ADDED 6/21

Full bolt ons including

Lid (generic)
u/d pulley
ls6 intake
craptech long tubes
tsp true duals
spec 3i clutch
billet steel flywheel
stock 10 bolt with stock 3.42's
stock 806 heads mildly polished by myself to prevent carbon buildup and resurfaced .010"

233/239 cam package with prc duals.

And a half assed speed density tune that needs a WHOLE lot of work. At peak horsepower, the wideband pegged 10:1 AFR. and from about 3600 to redline (6850) AFR never goes above 12:1 with the majority of the curve at 11:1. I think this thing still has about 15 rwhp left on the table and another 10 lbs of tq. Overall im very happy. The graph is nice and flat all the way across and carries all the way to redline

Im going to carb connection in kirkland, wa to get fully tuned and hopefully get me some more power.

Thoughts, comments, and suggestions are all appreciated.

oh and i'll try and get a graph emailed to me from Turbo technology in Tacoma, WA as the only one i have has mph.

Nate

Yeah i can't wait to get fully tuned from Carb connection. I am going in on the 28th of june for my tune and should hopefully improve my cam only numbers.

Thanks for the kind words. I've been driving on the current tune since january and need to fix the minor stuff.

I figured that was right about where you were. Good numbers for the motor.

Hmmm, I have the same cam and my results were significantly different. I got mine pretty quick after the cam came out, did they make any changes to the grind?

My car (stock heads) made 401 rwhp and 352 rwtq through my A4 with the converter locked. I'm getting retuned pretty soon and think I will pick up a little torque because the car is a little too lean down low. I can't see that bringing my tq #'s in line with yours though. I'm pretty sure the TNT will take care of the low tq though.

My tq peaked at 5000 and hp at 6500. Where are your peaks at?

BTW my car ran 11.9 full weight and with a converter that is considerably too small.

Peaks are pretty much identical to yours. It's hard to tell because of the fact that the graph is in mph and not rpm.

I'll have turbo tech email me a copy in power vs rpm on monday and post it up.

I just added a picture of a graph. Hopefully you guys can see it. I also got a 3.5" piece of aluminized tubing and replaced my MAF with it. Engine responded kindly to it as i guess it leaned it out a little across the board. Still needs full tune though which is coming on the 28th of June.

I'll have a graph on next tuesday in relation to rpm jerami...i asked turbo tech to email it to me but they haven't done so yet so I'll just wait until the numbers pick up a little bit.

You can still see how pig rich it goes which i'm sure isn't helping the tune, and the timing can still be kicked up a degree or two (i think 27 degrees). I'm hoping for some big numbers.

FWIW, The pull was from 2000-6850 rpm.

your going off the chart rich up top, there is a lot more there to be gained when you bring the top end up to 13:1 congrats though, they are good #'s even with that wacked out a/f ratio. good to see others with the same cam, im really looking forward to what you make with a good custom tune.
