Default Bolt on Z06 dyno numbers

I had my car dyno tuned over at Futral. The car gained 13 rwhp from the tuning and is now putting down 370 rwhp 364rwtq. Not bad for Halltech air cleaner, LGM headers and b&B bullets. Here is a link to the dyno graph.

good numbers. my buddy in his 02 z06 made 371rwhp with a vararam, LGs, stingers, 3:90 gears and 315 drag radials. on the dyno the gears and Dr's hurt him a tad, but on the street those gears =

Nice! Seems like Z06's like Intakes more than Headers, lol.

damn! You have more torque than me and same horse with my 2001 camaro ss mid length headers, random tech catted y pipe from mac, gmmg, cold air induction, 4.10 gears, m6 trans, futral motorsports fm13 230/232 112lsa 595 595 and 18 inch tires.

I dont understand it.

Starting to think the cam is a dud.

magic stick anyone? lol

Did you have the car tuned with that cam? My car was running rich initially and Allan took car of that in the tune. My next step is to go with some ported LS6 heads and F14 cam from Futral. I would think that the camaro exhaust might be hurting you a bit. I know the headers on my Z06 are some seriously long tubes with dual 3 inch and x pipe.

the car was tuned by esp this past friday.

the headers are mac midlengths and the cats are high flow's which flow almost as if they werent there.

I am NOT overly impressed by futral at this moment.. but I am gonna dive into my car and find out if maybe it is MY car that is messed up and NOT the cam. So no bashing of the company just yet. But I am on the leary side right now.

The big thing was the weather. The dyno showed it as 102 degrees outside that day.

Hey, how was the service and prices at Futral's? Im planning on doing LTs on my Z06 in the next two months or so and I guess I'll get it tuned then. I'm in New Orleans too, so not too long of a drive.

NOt bad. On my LS1 C5(2000), I have LGM long tubes, vararam,6.0 liter MAF, wires/plugs, LS6 intake and a tune. My car made 355rwhp and 366rwtq through the stock modified H-pipe, and stock catback.

I installed the LTs myself going from info on ls1howto. It was not that hard and everything went well. The tuning normally cost 500, but I got on a special for 350. The service is great over there and they know ls motors very well.

Nice numbers Sigforty. I really like the 2001 Speedway White Z06, really nice car. My 2002 Z06 laid down 382rwhp/370rwtq, with just a Vararam intake, TPIS LT's, X-pipe, stock cats, and a BB Triflo PRT exhaust system. Nice '71 btw, I have a '72 Stingray project I am currently working on.

Nice numbers. I just dynoed my 01 WS6 w/ a Z06 cam to 351rwhp. Your torque is alot more telling though, as you have over 30rwtq then my car.
