Thumbs up MS3 Dynoed Today, #'s Inside.....

Car is a 2002 Z28, M6. Full bolt on car, with Pacesetter Longtubes, and TSP True Duals. Car Dyoned at 419hp, and 385 foot pounds of torque! I was very impressed with these #'s being that is is a cam only car with stock gears!

Much thanks, and BIG praises to Mike at Rapid Motorsports! He was well worth the drive from Baltimore, and was a really great guy to boot! He took his time with everything, and made sure before i left that the car was done right. He even gave me a call later on in the day to mak sure everything was running A-OK.

As for the tune, what a difference! The throttle responce seems like night and day compared to before the tune, and now after. The car screams and up around 3500 RPM's just takes off. It can definetly use a nice set of gears though, as that will be my first purchase for next season. No more idle searching, "bucking", or cam surging. The car runs just like stock, but of course it dont perform/feel like stock!

All and all i could not be happier with the cam selection, and especially having Mike at Rapid Motorsports take care of the tune!

P.S.> I would post the graph of the dyno, but my scanner is dead. In a day or so i will try and get it up for you all! What you guys think of the #'s???? Like i said, Full bolt-on, Cam-only car, with long tubes and true duals!!!

Mike is the man! Great work, very hands on with you, keeps u up to date with each pass. Asks a lot of questions to make sure he knows whats going on before he touches the car. Even after the run, he took it out for a test run, came back, said the idle wasent perfect...took a few more minutes, and got it just right!

He just really seemed to "care", which is always a good thing when dealing with the cars we love. I recommend him to anyone! Go see him, tell him Joe from Baltimore sent ya!

Nice results! I've seen cam-only numbers like that before with that cam.

My setup will be very similiar except I will be running the TSP 235/240 first since I already have it. (I nicknamed it the "TSP Tsunami") May add the MS3 after that though. Who knows whats next...

Nice numbers! Pretty close to mine. But I think you could make a little more. I make 414/378 being rich and taking 2 degrees of timing out for the n2o.

Joseph- It's about time you got an LS1. How long have you been working on them now???

Congrats on the numbers. I bet the car pulls awesome in the top end.

Congrats on your setup. Mikey does great work, he's tuned 3 different setups for me and they all have been perfect tunes. To boot his red WS6 is the fastest NA LS1 in the country!
