Default Fm 14 cam only #'s... 341/376?????

341rwhp.. 376 rwtq... had a great looking low starting tq curve.... made 350lbs at 3200ish rpms

as far at the hp.. the converter was unlocked, and the #'s sae corrected...

supposedly id have done much better with the converter locked... the car pulls pretty good, i just dont see how some ppl get the #'s they get without tricks, or locking the verter, or a 6speed...

the dyno guy didn't think to highly of the fuddle converter for some reason

I don't even take dyno numbers in an A4 seriously. Track numbers are way better comparison. A stalled auto skews numbers so much that it's hard to compare, especially when most dyno results are in a 6 spd.

You would pick up at least 15 rwhp when locking the convertor. I picked up 18 with my pt4000.

Don't worry about it man. I put down 351rwhp with the F12 cam which is slightly smaller then the F14. I have a 3400 converter. I had 350rwtq with it too.

Like I said in the IM, You have a 4000 stall, 4.10 gear, and the converter unlocked, as did I. I made 367hp, locked converter, on a mustang dyno, and turned around and pulled off consistant 11.20s@120 mph the next weekend. Don't always take the numbers to heart.

word... im not.. just figured id post up the #'s. you never really see many sub 400hp numbers get posted.. this way, hopefully others wont feel like they dynoed 350 and it was low... more like average with none of the dyno tricks..

Mine with heads/TR224 .563 cam, LTH and ORY did SAE 381/375, STD 390/384, with the stock converter, lid, and exhaust. The numbers seem low for that cam but you do lose with the TC and gears. I would not be surprised to see you run 11's with those #'s though. It seems with less HP at the wheels A4's can sure put up good ET's. At the race weight in your sig you might make 10.9x or low 11.0x.
