If you still didnt buy MS3 then go with MS4 friend of mine made 430rwhp with fast 90 setup MS4 and those heads but THROUGH A4 4400Stall and 3.73 Gears.

Is your car A4 or M6??

Already have the MS3 and Fast 90, what I don't have yet are the heads. Trying not to notch the pistons for everything to work, but of course get the best numbers and as far as I know the stock size valve heads are the only ones that will clear. Any suggestions?

Take a look at the PRC stg 2.5 5.3l heads. No flycutting required for the set up and we have been able to put up some pretty nice numbers with them. I have them on my car(number in sig) and I love the setup. It really picked up the low end power and throttle response on the motor with the smaller intake runners. Good luck with the setup and just give us a call if you have any other questions!

I would go with the 5.3 heads with this cam...If you ditched the cam and went with the MS4 then go with the LS6 stage 1's...Just some food for thought!..

The numbers of the MS4 are very impressive, just that I've been told that it's not very street friendly which is why I went with the MS3.

Find a good tuner and the MS4 is very tame. Mine has no quirks, bucking, or anything. I can throw it in 6th at 55 mph and have no issues at all, I LOVE my ms4.

Sorry but , why does everyone say to run the Stage 1 heads with the MS4 instead of the 2.5? With the stage 2.5 heads will the MS4 clear and what kind of numbers would I be looking at? Fast 90 is in the future but for now my mods would just be full exhaust lid and the H/C.

G-NastyTA : You have to flycut the pistons for 2.5 Heads + MS4 .

When would one expect the power to kick in w/this combo? 2800 R's? I love the power under the curve w/the X1 I have but am going to be picking up some 2.5's next month and was thinking of going w/either the 233/239 or the MS3....Hmm...

My ms3 has a 113lsa and with the stock 853's put down 411hp @6000rpm. I decided to go with the 5.3 2.5's, some guys on this site are making over 450hp, i'm not seeing those numbers with the ls6 heads on a stock bottem end with the ms3.

MS3 + PRC 2.5 5.3 + ported Fast 90/90 or MS4 + PRC LS6 stg 1 + ported Fast 90/90 both Combo's will make a hell of power to the ground...To avoid surging 'n bucking ya should get her perfectly tuned to became your DD worrior mild on low RPM and wild on high RPM

peace

I have the MS4 and PRC Stage 1 LS6 Heads and have had absolutely the best of luck with the setup. As for tuning its a very hard cam to tune, I am still dealling with tuning issues but that is still a work in progress. Good luck with what ever you get, I am sure the car will still pull like a freight train anyway.

Sorry for the hijack. Anyone have any results or know anyone that ran a fast 90/90, ms4/ms3 with afr 205 heads? Thinking about the upgrade to bigger cam and obviously keeping the rest of my setup. Again sorry for the hijack.
