Budget build... think it will make 400rwhp?

Okay guys, looking for a little input here. I got a lot of parts at really good prices (plus what I had to put on my LS1 already) so I'm going to try to assemble this thing and see what she does. This is what it will boil down to:
Stock LS6 longblock
TR224/.581 on 114
90/90 combo
1 7/8 TSP headers to ORY and probably a magnaslow exhaust for now.
A decent underdrive pulley, dunno which one yet.
SD tune, the car is set up to run that way now and no emissions gear will be going back on it.
I'm hopeful for 400rwhp and similar torque, what do you guys think? I get the feeling that cam is a little small for the LS6 but it will be a daily driver so I'm not too concerned. Am I lowballing what it can do?

It might be close but i don't see why you can't break 405hp, tq will be around should 380. I have seen a couple 224R cammed cars break 415rwhp on the stock intake.
Find a great tuner and it should be a pretty attainable goal. Headers are too large, you will lose velocity out of the cylinders on the stock heads, those headers are designed for large cube engines. I say go with a 1 3/4 primary.

if it was an M6 then i'd be very confident in telling you you'd break 400rwhp. but with the A4 hard to tell, you'll be close nonetheless. Also do you have a higher stall converter? Even though it chews up HP, i like it the idea of it, cause you can tell people your seemingly low dyno numbers, then smoke em at the track. did you get the cam at a discount/used? i would have gone a little bigger, TSP's 228r maybe. more power but still very streetable, if thats why you decided to go with a small cam. keep the 1 7/8 headers, TSP has shown they make more power even on stock cubes then 1 3/4s. which lid are you using? since your SD tune, might as well switch to the fast toys 85mm lid, couldn't hurt. just my advice take it for whats its worth .02

If you don't break 400rwhp with LS6 heads, fast 90/90 and a cam then something is seriously wrong, unless it's an auto.
I made 403rwhp with LS1 heads, LS6 intake, ported stock TB, 224 cam, 1-3/4" headers and a pulley. Your car should make 410+ if it's a 6 speed. Torque will be good to, I made 383 so I'd say yours should be around there somewhere.
That was 2 years ago too.

I didn't buy it, decided I didn't need it for this combo. I plan on putting a maggie on here eventually so it would just be a waste. Also, I got the LS6 intake for $50 because someone tried to put a hole in it for egr that I had to patch. Including $900 for wheels, I have less than $6k in this car.
