Im gonna say 390-400. He doesnt appear to have heads on this car guys. Not trying to lowball number you, but heads do make up a good gap from big cam only setups. Gonna be in your tune to actually get some good power. Who do you have tuning this thing? New ERA?

Agreed with him.

But if I were to guess...around 400-410.

I think you'll crack 410-415whp but don't think you'll go much further. Seeing that Monster Stage 3 in your sig means be ready for a rear really soon. It looks like a MS3 basicly with just a tad more lift on the intake.

No heads, couldnt swing it as I would need injectors too. I know there is a guy with this cam and ETP heads thats making 515 rwhp and Studderin who is cam only that has gone 10.6.

Yes, New Era is going to install it and tune it. I am using stock lifters unless New Era tells me otherwise.

I will post the numbers up once I get it installed and tuned.

True, actually track times really dont matter to me. I am street car guy going to the cruise inns and driving around. We normally take the car and kids on road trips. I love the sound of a cammed car, havent had one yet so I figured its time.

I would have went with a smaller cam then on a tighter split to get the cammin sound you want...

I am kinda clueless on cam specs, but I have heard that cam in some videos and it sounds pretty good.

Buying a cam for sound is rediculous, you can make the stock cam lope if you want. That is a great cam, but it's not really a cruising, drive in, road trip type of cam. It will shake and rattle your teeth out Nice looking car by the way, love the pewter cars, obviously! With your mods I'd guess 410-415 rwhp and 392 rwtq.

I mostly agree, liking a cam'd car's sound is a no brainer. But it should perform first, sound good second IMO.

From talking with New Era, they recommended this cam so thats what I went with. Studderin ran the below time first time out. Seems like it performs pretty good to me.
