i have yet to even see one in person lol.

just be honest with the cop when he pulls you over and dont try to run. if you do that they usually wont take you to jail. they will just write tickets and send you on your way

Saw an auto at the track 2 weeks in a row. In 3200 DA he couldnt run better than a 13.5 @ 106. At ~1000ft he was running in the 13.2-13.3 @ 108 range.

He wasn't stock either, had an intake and catback.

No, but I test drove one last week. They have some power...all over the place. I shifted at 7000 and it felt like it still wanted more RPM.

Yea take it from someone who has done it. First 2 times I got away.....3rd time car got towed, I got cuffed and stuffed, and 1400$ and a few months later it was finally behind me with the charges reduced so my insurance didn't go through the roof. Not smart. Just pull over and try to BS with them. Most cops are car guys on the side (thats what the cops themselves told me to do next time instead of running from them lol, so take that advice!)

I told the chief when they released me from the station that he needed a faster SUV LMAO......He grinned at me and said, "lets see ya outrun my radio though!"

I guess those getting a whole second faster on stock autos with regular tires have "special" versions of these cars then.

I've seen fbody LS1s run 14s after "dead hooks" before as well.

I havent ran one but soon as the dealers stop adding their own 5.0 tax to the prices im going for a test drive, heard some great things about them all round the performance spectrum from a lot of different sources.

I was referring to the "13.5" figure. Stock auto GTs are running mid 12s.
