Default Should i be in the 12's yet?

I have a 2000 Z28 with the gm hot cam. mag exhaust with a cutout ( obviously would use it at the track) i have a NOS lid ( no nitrous) and a diablo predator tuner. I also have 315/70/17 's on the rear ( nitto 555r ) . woudl this get me into the twelves? its an auto car. . . .also i have longtubes , y pipe and 4.11's waiting to go on the car. what would estimated times be with those? i only as becuase the track is so far from me that i want to make sure ill be happy driving that far. THANKS GUYS!
