I do not know what sized injectors are need when dealing with E-85 but if it is similar to regular fuel, 50 is waaaay too much. LS6 cam is small compared to whats out there. Not sure what you will be doing with the car.

With the Automatic and seemingly just a cat back, just exhaust manifolds I would be suprised if you get over 350.

Go to the dyno section and start combing through 4L60e cam only dynos and you should find what you need.

You create a thread at midnight and then respond 45 minutes later wondering why no one has answered you?

You cannot come close to 410rwhp with an auto and 4.09 rear gears. I'd say you're close to 360rwhp if you've got full exhaust and your heads are top notch. The ls6 cam is really small. There's no reason to even put those injectors in since you won't be maxing out your stockers.

Also, what do you mean by exhaust? headers? cats? muffler? That could be a difference in 20rwhp depending on what setup you have. Same with port matched heads. There's really not enough information to give you a decent answer.

port matched heads for intake manifold,
and exhaust means just exhaust no headers... its from factory headers to Y pipe 3" all the way back.

and the injectors are big cause i will be going on e-85

I'd be surprised to see you hit 330rwhp on an honest dyno.

low to mid 300s, you have so many factors working against you.

You will regret it if you leave those #50's in with that set up. A top notch tune will be near impossible and you will lose driveability.

Depends on what fuel pump you are running...if it's out of an fbody or vette...it's 58 psi pump so those 42lb injectors are actually 48lb injectors.

Unless you are throwing in a big cam, I'd try to stay around 30lb injectors. That would give you 2 options @ 58 psi.

Either the stock C5 28lb injectors or the SVO red 30lb injectors (which are actually 35lb @ 58 psi)

I don't think LS7 injectors even fit into an LS1 without special adapters. You need injectors with an EV1 connector (fat or skinny, doesn't matter)

Injectors are not an engine part that you want to "upgrade now for plans in the future". The smaller you can get away with, the better your engine is going to behave.

80% duty cycle is the typical goal for choosing injectors

After doing a little bit of research on E-85, you might want to go with the 35lb injectors. I am seeing people claim you need 30% bigger injectors, I assume the 35's would be your closest choice for E-85.
