So i have has anyone done a stock vs stock on a newer camaro vs our f bodies? If so how did that turn out? Also what mods do we need to keep up with them, normal Head,cam,intake,LT?

They are actually very close stock to stock, since the 5th gen is so damn heavy lol! Just a few basic bolt ons and you'll smoke one

wow thats cool. Even the zr1? I have long tubes, true dual 2.5" exhaust, E Cutouts, and slp lid. I may buy some heads/cam from tick. I have been seeing a new black camaro around here and he revs at me like crazy every time he passes me. lol just wondering if I was over my head

No you won't take the the ZR1's with just a few bolt ons lol. You will need quit a bit more for that. I'm talking the like the base LS2 and LS3 SS Camaro

I didnt think so. lol There is a reason those things are so pricey. haha I have around 6300 in my 00 and its paid off. I'd like to see how fast I can get it with around 4000 more bucks.

Well with another 4k you could do a HCI setup, or just go for a blower. Now you're talking a major power increase

I was debating on gong FI or not. Im not a huge fan of sts rear mount turbo because of all that tubing and other junk. I would consider a procharger or a decent turbo kit if that be the case. I am thinking about going with a moser 9" or s60 rear so i can throw drag radials on and get good 60ft times.
