In general ya, I have seen stock ones in my area run anywhere from a 13.3 - 13.8 on street tires

Same here, building a stop light to stop light beast. Just added 3.73s and a yank 3600 and went 12.84@ 106 in shitty humid air and hit the rev limiter once, come fall I'm hoping to rip a 12.5x off in the better air. So there's a bit more info for ya

Man IMO you'd think that car should go 12.50's to 12.70's... I just picked up a stone stock (besides welded in hooker muffler) 98 auto with 151k. Put plugs and wires on it and put some used nt05r's on it and in the heat it was going 13.50's Went back the next week after I did free mods and spare tire delete and went 13.20's all night. I just added FTRA and hopefully with that and cooler air it will go 12's. With intake manifold, air lid, full exhaust and dyno tune that should easy get you 12's
