I think you'll be in the 600 flywheel hp area but who cares when you have a 250 shot on top of it lol. Seriously though it sounds like a stout setup

There is a thread in this section of a guy that made 550whp with livernois stage 3 243's on a 418. Martin @ Tick Performance posted the thread. I would say 600hp at the crank is realistic. It seems many have forgot since the LS3 stuff came out how capable the 243 head is when worked over by a competent porter.

Edit*

I noticed you were the 2nd post in that thread lol.

my setup with ported 243's on a 408 and m6 will prollly be in the 55x range when I get back on the rollers and retune for the bigger headers and fast 102 setup so no reason any 418 with the bigger bore shouldn't be there. 550 with an m6 with say 12 % drivetrain loss is around 625 fwhp. as long as the heads flow a real 300 + cfm and everything matches and no restrictions.

Looking at your combo there is no reason why that combination would not hit your goals. Use our Pro Series 416's at 11.0:1 and you can run it on pump fuel.
Set up a gallon cell(C-16 in it) and separate fuel system for the N2o kit.
As long as you have the proper header and tune you will be in good shape.
