02 WS6 228R and bolt ons
Hi all.
I appreciate the guesses.
Part of the reason I bought my 2002 WS6 A4 last year was because my butt-dyno told me it was the strongest stock LS1 I'd ever personally driven. My suspicions were borne out when it pulled 314.9RWHP and 337RWTQ on the local dyno, bone stock right down to the air filter. As a comparison, my stock A4 2000 Firehawk pull 288RWHP on this exact same dyno. Note this was STD and not SAE, so knock off 4% or so from those numbers.
Anyway, I now have some goodies sitting in my garage, ready to install. It'll be October before I get this done, but I wanted to know what you guys thought. Keep in mind this is strictly a DD car - I drive it to work every single day until the snow comes - then it sits in the garage. We have no 1/4 mile track within 200 miles of here, so I really don't need a track setup.
Parts on hand are:
TSP 228R Cam (springs, pushrods, etc)
TSP 1 7/8 LTs
TSP catted Y (can't stand the smell of no cats)
Hooker catback
SLP lid
Ported TB
The car will then undergo tuning on the same dyno as the above baseline. The tuner is reputable and competent.
and just for completeness, the non-power adders: Circle-D 3200rpm stall, B&M trans cooler, MSD wires, and NGK TR55 plugs.
I'm counting on 370 RWHP, but would be tickled to see 400.
What do you guys think?
I appreciate the guesses.

Went on the dyno tonight. We ended up at 387.4rwhp at about 6000rpm and 386.7rwtq at 4550rpm. Whether or not the raw numbers are meaningful, it showed a healthy jump over my baseline pulls on the same dyno, and I think that jump in of itself is meaningful. I'm totally happy with where it ended up.
