Great job, that is serious dedication. Don't you love running into people you haven't seen in a while? I used to get a kick out of that after I lost a bunch of weight.

Nice man, I just got back on the wagon, dropped from 305 to 238 a few years ago, creeped back up to about 265 and now working south again. Great job man!!!

Congrats, not only do you look totally different you must feel those results too! Great job sticking with it.

Can you give a short overview of what you changed between diet and excercise? I'd like to lose a few lbs myself and tone up, Gotta get that cholesterol and bp in check.

I can tell you right now I prob dropped 50 pounds recently and you can see and tell the diff. Also added muscle so its been a great exp. Got much more to loose, just gotta take time and smart food choices. Unfortunately MOST diets require some sort of budget and my calorie intake was down to about 1000 at one point which can sometimes be tough especially when your trying to keep up working out.
