positive effects of marijuana? its for my speech hi everybody. does anybody know the positive effect of marijuana? im doing a entertaining speech next week and i chose to do it on smoking marijuana instead of smoking cigarettes. i know its stupid topic but ill be expecting some laughs while i do the speech.
all i have come up with so far is 1. medicinal effects of weed 2. lesser harmful chemicals than cigarettes 3. hits you harder than cigarettes 4. makes you forget your worries.
i expect to get flamed for this but i understand. anybody else know any positive effect of weed?

no negatives i can see 
just dont operate any kind of vehicle or machinary. of course thats just my opinion. and if you smoke and have sex, watch out. it multiples the effect like ten times

actually the funny thing is that in recent studies the researchers have proven that marijuana will actually help a person fight cancer, while ciggerettes cause cancer. also helps releive stress and mello a person out. could also be used in a wieght gaining diet cause it makes you munch on a lot of food.

There are no positive effects of drugs, especially pot, its a gateway drug........... it all leads to jails institutions or death.

The only reason that pot is a class 2 drug is because of the alcohol and tobacco lobbyist in Washington.
