So I joined a Fight Club tonight Been wanting to do a MMA fight for a long time, finally decided to join a fight club to train me. I've been doing kickboxing for the last 2 months and I have several years of grappling experience under my belt. He told me I'll be ready to fight in 6 months...So I'll be in the Octagon soon... My goal has always been to fight in the UFC but we'll see how far I go, Just looking to have fun and beat up some people along the way.... My trainer is awesome and has fought Frank Shamrock in his day...Looking foward to it. I'll be fighting at 145lbs....Can't wait

have you been following Ultimate Fighter? I friggin love that show. They said they are taking applications for season 3 but I don't know what weight classes. MMA is cool as hell. Good luck.

Yeah the casting call is November 30th in Newton, MA i wish I got into it sooner and had some fights under my belt, i would of tried out.... I think they are doing middleweight/ light heavy, but there was a rumor they were gonna try light weight, since its dying in the UFC

I'll keep everyone posted on fights, I know theres a Mass Destruction fight in Fall River next month, if anyone is interested. Theres a guy fighting in my weight that I want to watch.
Its gonna be fun training 6 days a week, plus doing kickboxing 2 days a week. I should be back in shape like I was in high school..Its funny 6 months of hard core training for a 10 minute fight

Had my first work out last night...I got a long way to be back in shape but it felt great to roll around on the mat again. I got lots of compliments on my wrestling. We did like 300 pushups so i'm alittle sore today...Hopefully in a month I'll be back into shape where I used to be in my high school wrestling days

hahahah only at the PAL does cool stuff like that happen. Not only do they have NHB fighting..concerts where kids get smacked in the face with dead fish. But also it's one of the few places i know where you can play a game of basketball and there's a 95% chance you will fall through the floor during the game.
