Where to get rollbar installed near NJ?
Just got my Wolfe 6pt chromoly cage the other day and wanted to know a place that could install it. I'm looking for a good chassis shop somewhere in NJ or not too far into NY. Also are you guys spray painting your cages and bars or having them powdercoated? Thanks

I don't think Leo [Neverlift] will install a Wolfe Roll Bar. I remember asking him about doing that about 4 years ago and he told me no. Maybe he changed his mind over the years, but back then he told me he would only install his own custom made bars.
Same thing goes for MS Fabrication, Matt Segan did my roll bar. I asked him to install a Wolfe and he said no. So I had him make a custom one for me.
I know Wolfe bars are fairly inexpensive when compared to a custom made roll bar, but a wile back they were not NHRA Legal because the side bar was too low. It's supposed to come across the shoulder and ankle of the driver. Do they still make the side bar really low? Easy to get out of the car but not NHRA Legal.

I hope that maybe over the years the Wolfe cages were redesigned to be legal, I was looking at Neverlift to install it. I'll give them a call tommorrow, if that falls through does anyone have any contact info for Advanced Metal Concepts? Thanks

Whats up Ali, yeah a little faster the first time I took the car to the track right off the trailer it went 11.34 @122 w/ a 1.63 60' and some real shitty driving. Since then I did some suspension mods, I'm also going with a 4.56 and a 28" tire. I also want to run the car at test and tunes thats why the bar has to go in. Those are some kickass times with your setup, are you still going to the track much?

Im sure your car will go faster than 11.3 with a couple of those mods you mentioned. Yeah my car doesnt have a bar, and wont be getting one so it only sees rental days. I would love to see the car go just a little faster, so im gonna tweak a couple minor things then let Dave drive it again.
